Project Description
The Halstead Townhouses bring a new genre of Architecture to Caulfield North, one where Architecture harmoniously combines with Engineering to create canitlevers, extrusions, large window openings and vast opportunities for natural light to all internal spaces.
Along the short frontage of the site, we have modernised the conventional gable roof with metal finishes, parapets and cantilevers. Along the long frontage, we have taken undulating roof lines from surrounding houses and combined them with cementicious render to bring life to a streetscape that often keeps within the vernacular.
